About KAfE!
Aware of the importance for all children to experience the cultural arts, the Polk Theatre Board of Trustees is excited to announce the creation of a children’s program at the historic Polk Theatre.
The unique educational value of the cultural arts experience is well documented to assist children of all ages in personal development, life skills and self confidence while fostering the love of the arts. It is our mission to provide cultural enrichment opportunities for all children in our schools, community and Polk County.
It is our objective that through dedicated children’s programs, summer camps, and summer film festivals, we will inspire future generations to tap into a world that can lead to an endless amount of imagination, creativity and life changing experiences for years to come.

The “KAfE” Kids Arts for Education benefits will be widespread and long lasting for our young children participating in arts workshops, coming to experience live performances or seeing films for the first time in our historic atmospheric theatre.
